Workshop: Kochen und nachhaltige WassernutzungWater is the base of our life and our nourishment. The problem is our constantly increasing use of water here and in other parts of the world („virtual water“), also the question of excess to water is more urgent than ever before.
This workshop is about exchanging ideas about the role of water in environmental friendly food, learning from each other, having fun, cooking and eating a delicious dinner.

The team of the water-project of OBUK e.V. as well as of the project food cultures are looking forward to your visitation!

Depending on where and how food is produced, it has a more or less harmful influence on the environment and humans. Some key words are barrage, pollution of the water, erosion, desertification, usage of energy as well as that people are denied the excess to water or rain forest are cut down.
People in this country know some about ecological agriculture and animal husbandry, but hardly anyone knows about these aspects of water. This workshop will show, how one can choose one´s food with harming as little harm as possible in regards to this aspects. Furthermore we enlarged our repertoire of recepies with one ecological dish.
