In the Footsteps of Resistance to Racismp is an educational project that approaches the issues of colonialism and racism from a resistant perspective.
The focus is on stories of anti-colonial resistance in Cameroon. They bring into focus the diversity of strategies against colonialism and its legacy. At the same time, they illustrate the racist colonial policies of Germany, France and Great Britain in the Central African country. The project encourages young people to critically engage with colonial history and existing power relations.
The event “Anti-colonial Resistance: The Example of Cameroon-Germany” will kick off the project on 9 April 2022 in Berlin.
